Axel Foley strikes again

According to Variety, there is a fourth installment of the Beverly Hills Cop franchise in the works – shooting for a 2010 release. They are negotiating Brett Ratner to direct. I wonder if he’d ever consider getting the DP of the original film and also using 80s cameras. -hehe-
They haven’t yet hired a writer for the project. It is very weird because I can actually see Ratner directing this and I honestly wouldn’t mind. I don’t know, what do you think?
